Nick and I went to visit family in Seattle, Washington over Labor Day weekend. On Sunday we decided to go to Mt. Rainier National Park and hike Tolmie Peak. Nick, my self, his sister, Jenny and her husband, Brandon all ventured out on this hike. It was about 3 miles to the top of the peak and what a view! There’s a fire watch tower at the top, so we all climbed it and low and behold- during what I thought was just going to be an awesome picture, Nick gets down on one knee and asks me to marry him! Of course, I said, Yes! He said he’d been wanting to ask me for a while, but he needed to make sure we had good scenery in the background!
