how we met
Mike and I met through our families mutual friends. When I first met him, I knew there was a connection but we were both so shy until he found me on social media and reached out. I actually was not interested because we seemed total opposites. Little did I know!
how they asked
Michael and I took 2 year anniversary pictures with MV Photography and I told Michael I wanted to keep the tradition going and take our 4 year anniversary picture again. Well, Michael and I had always talked about marriage but we both said we’d probably get engaged in 2020 or 2021. However, Michael couldn’t wait and completely surprised me! He really let me book the session while he reached out to Miriam before me and told her what dates to give me. I always thought he’d talk to me and that we’d both go talk to my parents about getting married. Michael actually asked my dad for his blessing and planned with his mom and mine the rest. I did not see it coming, I was in shock! The fact that he had both of our families there made it so special.
