How We Met
We met while working together at a jewelry store in Baton Rouge. Troy actually trained Tyler on her first day of work then after two months of working together a very forward coworker pulled us together and said “Troy you’re taking Tyler out on a date” and we agreed!
How They Asked
The proposal was so special and surreal. We pulled up to an intimate spot overlooking Troy’s hometown. I was giggling inside because he couldn’t get the ring out of his pocket. Once he pulled it out and got down on one knee I was blown away. It took me a good minute to snap out of the trance I was in and realize I had a question to answer!
It was beyond perfect for us.
We are both jewelry designers & graduate gemologists so the ring means a lot to us. Troy is the 3rd generation of Underwoods Fine Jewelers in Fayetteville, AR. He did such a phenomenal job custom-designing the ring and choosing the perfect diamond.
