how they asked
August 5, 2016 was the weekend of Tyler’s best friends birthday. They both love golfing so Tyler told me that Friday since we all had off of work we would go out and celebrate his friend Dusty’s birthday. He also mentioned to dress “nice” because his girlfriend wanted to take pictures. I thought it was odd but I went with it. Not to mention, the day before he also bought me this golf outfit that he loved and loved on me. We all headed to the golf course, the golf course was super busy so it was a little slow starting off. We got to the 16th hole, we all shot all of our balls.
When we went to find our shot Tyler and Dusty mentioned that they needed to go “clean off the green” because balls from the driving range had gone over and they wanted them to clean it off. I wasn’t thinking anything of it. I still didn’t think anything of it. I got it on the green. I shot my ball in the hole & underneath my ball was a question mark covering the bottom of the hole. Underneath it, was a diamond ring box. Tyler walked right up, took the ring box, and got down on one knee.
I had no idea. It was one of the best days of my life.
