How We Met
Grega and I met six years ago on the 30th of April. It was a bonfire night and we were both at the party. Coincidentally where wasn’t a bonfire at all, but there was still a spark between us! We hit it off immediately and not long after that we started dating. It’s so surreal that we are now engaged and soon to be married.

We were chosen to pose for a styled wedding that included a promotional engagement session. I had no idea Grega wanted to propose and even called the photographer a day before to plan the whole thing. What I thought would be a simple photoshoot turned out to be a surprise proposal for me.
In the middle of the session the photographer told me to close my eyes, and in the meantime she slipped the ring box into Grega’s pocket! He then started talking about us, and how he wanted to spend the rest of his life with me, and I immediately knew what was going on. He went down on his knee and popped the question. Of course I said YES!!! We then toasted with some Prosecco that the photographers gifted us after the proposal.
It was a windy but nevertheless gorgeous day at one of the most secluded beaches on the Slovenian coast – Moon Bay. I can’t think of a better way to be proposed to – we even have pictures to keep this amazing memory alive.
