How We Met
My friend was dating his best friend, we all winded up hanging out one night and the rest is history!
how they asked
Ok, so Sunday’s are usually relax days. My parent had invited us on the boat, and Tylor had invited his mom along as well. We planned to go out on the ocean and do a little fishing and then go to lunch. Right when we got out there I casted my line and hooked a monsterous fish, unfortunately my line snapped. I was not a happy camper at this point. This however worked out very well for Tylor… He took my pole and said he would re-line it for me. My stepdad distracted me and told me to come sit at the back of the boat with him. This gave Tylor time to attach a wooden fish that he had carved and painted to my line. He casted it out and handed me the pole. After a good 15 minutes or so my mom started to get sea sick so my stepdad suggested we reel in and go to lunch. As I started reeling I noticed everyone around me, I instantly said “what did you guys do to my pole?” I finally reeled it all the way in and there hung a carved fish with the word “will you marry me?” on it.
Of course the first words out of my mouth were “this isn’t funny!”. Well it was no joke and I definitely caught the best fish ever that day!
