How We Met
Kris and I met in college, where we quickly became best friends as we shared so many things in common! After college, we went our separate ways only for life to find us again 3 years later!
How They Asked
A dream of mine and the #1 item on my bucket list has always been to visit Machu Picchu. Kris surprised me with a birthday trip to Machu Picchu in 2020, which obviously had to be postponed to 2022 due to the pandemic. Since we both love to travel and hike, I never saw this coming, I saw it as another adventure we were going on together. Little did I know Kris had other plans!!
It was the most beautiful morning on the 6th day of our trip when we finally made it to the top of Machu Picchu where Kris got on one knee and asked me to spend the rest of my life with him. Machu Picchu is, indeed, the most magical place on Earth, and the magic and energy were felt today more than ever!
