How We Met
It was another Saturday morning. Sierra wakes up, throws her hair up in a high bun, grabs her coffee, and off she goes to the dance studio. Saturday’s are super busy for this lady. Sierra is a choreographer and director. One of her dances she choreographs is called Production. Production is a five minute long dance with about thirty-six competition dancers. Sierra and her dancers have been working hard preparing for Competition. This years dance is called “Trick or Treat.” It”s a Halloween themed dance. Little did she know she was in for a big treat! Class is ready to begin. The music starts and Miss Sierra is watching, and taking notes like usual. The dancers were doing great, then all of the sudden the music started to fade. The dancers stop dancing and started shouting “Who bumped into the stereo!?” “What’s going on!? “Miss Sierra was just as confused…then “I’m So Tired of Being Alone” by Al Green came on, and in danced Jordan (Sierra’s Handsome Boyfriend) with a dozen roses in one hand and a ring box in the other. Sierra was so surprised! The music changed again. This time it was a sweet slow song. Jordan then, got down on one knee and proposed. “Will you make me the happiest man alive and will you marry me?” Jordan said. Sierra, filled with an amazing mix of emotions (the kind that produce tears that could be bottled up and sold for a million dollars ), pushed out the word “YES!” through the joy on her face. Sierra then looked around the room, and noticed it wasn’t just her dancers that witnessed this perfect proposal but her entire family as well as Jordan’s family! The dance studio was filled with so much love and not a dry eye in the place! And… It’s all on video!
