How We Met
Casey and I met in college while we were both studying Kinesiology at Tarleton State University in the Spring semester of 2016. We became official on March 3 of 2016. I graduated on May 12 of 2017.
Casey graduated on December 15 of 2018. We share plenty of hobbies including listening to music, watching Baseball (Texas Rangers to be exact), going to the arcade, going to the movie theater, and watching wrestling. Casey is a thrill-seeker, I not so much. He loves drag racing, anything with action and adventure.
We both enjoy the outdoors. I am very nerdy. I love old movies as well as reading books. We both just enjoy each other’s company. We do see children in the future. We are both excited to begin this adventure and see what lies ahead.
How They Asked
Casey had asked my parents for my hand in marriage two weeks before the proposal. He proposed on March 3, 2019, on our third anniversary. He took me to the Chandor Gardens in Weatherford, Texas. He asked if I wanted to look around and took me to where this beautiful waterfall was. He gave me this sweet and sincere speech then preceded to get down on one knee and asked me if I would marry him. Of course, I said yes. We had a family friend take some of our pictures and then immediately called, Facebooked, and texted our family and friends.
