How We Met
So one day (while flirting in a DM on Instagram lol) I sent Jeremiah a pic of my wrist tattoo & little did I know it was also his favorite scripture. He sent me a pic back, showing it was framed on his wall & said we would get married (I’m like yeah sure lol) After that, we literally started seeing the scripture EVERYWHERE! We took it as a sign from God & decided to always keep Him first in our relationship. It was the best decision we EVER made!
How They Asked
With the help of our amazing family & friends, Jeremiah proposed on the 29th day of the 11th month. (He’s so thoughtful, even the date aligned with the scripture!) He spent 6 months organizing the proposal, contacting all of our family and close friends.
We were on a dinner date with his parents and mine, and after dinner, we walked outside to take a group pic by the water facing the Brooklyn bridge. He made me stop walking outside of the restaurant and blindfolded me.
My birthday is in a few weeks so I thought I was getting an early birthday present lol We get to the pier by the water and when he takes my blind fold off, I see our friends and family there and some are holding lighted letters that spell our “MARRY ME”! It was the best night of my life.
