We were on vacation in Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic, enjoying time away and celebrating our 3 year anniversary.
Mike told me we had dinner reservations and said we had to dress nice for the restaurant, so we did. Little did I know,he had a beautiful private dinner awaiting us under a gorgeous gazebo. He led me down a private walkway where rose petals were everywhere! I asked, “Is this for us?” and he nervously answered, “yes it is” as he held my hand and led me to the “spot”. I didn’t even notice that a photographer followed us to capture the special moment! Under the gazebo, Mike dropped to his knee and asked me to marry him.
It was the most romantic proposal ever!
I felt like I was on the tv show The Bachelorette!
It was a night I will never forget!
