How We Met
Yazan and Samira met on August 15th, 2021, She was in town from California to celebrate her father’s retirement party and her mother’s 60th birthday and year then invited her in the evening to Nobu rooftop for a first date. This was the beginning of a long-distance relationship between California and Chicago for almost 7 months.
How They Asked
Samira is a big hiker and Yazan always tries to go with her. She wanted to visit Yellowstone, Grand Teton, glacier national parks, and go Banff. Yazan booked his ticket to the west coast and off they went. After a week of camping, hiking & road tripping across Wyoming, Montana, and Canada, Yazan suggested we dress up for nice photos at Emerald Lake; unbeknownst to me, he was set to propose, and hired@wornleathermediato be our photographer.
