The whole day went without a single complication and was a day I am sure neither of us will forget. We told Robyn that we had a very fancy high tea that we were all going to and that we had to dress up. She grew a bit suspicious when we stopped at Kilchurn Castle, but she thought that maybe her Uncle Johnnie just had a little surprise for the both of us and not that I was going to be proposing! I acted as if all the secrecy was as surprising to me as it was for her so that she wouldn’t suspect anything until the moment I proposed. We did actually go to a high tea afterword which was amazing with lots of champagne and a few whiskeys.
