How We Met
Robin and Brian met in 2009 in Wildwood, New Jersey. That night Brian said that he would marry Robin and the next day they were officially dating June 1st, 2009. After Eight Years, College, Two Cats, and moving to Freehold together Brian tricked Robin into joining him on a “work trip” to Disney and proposed in front of Cinderella’s Castle on June 6, 2017, and Robin said Yes!

Brian tricked Robin into joining him on an MDRT trip to Orlando which conveniently was happening right between their June 1st Anniversary and Robin’s Birthday on June 10th. When they got off the plane instead of heading to the conference they headed to their favorite hotel Loews Portofino Bay. Two days into the trip they spent the day at the Magic Kingdom with a dinner planned at the California Grill on the rooftop at the Contemporary. After they walked back to the Magic Kingdom and just before fireworks Brian got down on one knee in the center of Main Street USA in front of the Castle and asked Robin “Will You Marry Me” and Robin said “YES!”.
The next day Brian surprised Robin with “Groom to Be” and “Bride to Be Shirts” and headed to Epcot to ride Spaceship Earth (the ball) – Robin’s favorite. When they walked out Robin said, “Can we take a picture with our shirts in front of the ball?” Brian replied “Fine, but, we better get everyone in the photo”; and standing there was Brian’s whole family wearing matching shirts.
