How We Met
Marc and I met at a local bar in our town called Calloways on Sunday April 1st 2012. It’s a miracle we met because we both don’t typically enjoy going out and love spending time at home. I went to line dancing on Sunday nights and this particular night happened to be Marcs best friends birthday. I remember seeing Marc and thinking he was cute but I was too shy to say approach him. I remember being out on the dance floor line dancing and then before I knew it I looked up and saw Marc had come out to the spot right next to me!!! We talked for about and hour and the rest is history, I was in love within the first week and we have been together for four years!!!!

Marc and I bought our first home together in August of 2015. We also bought our puppy Timber in December of 2015. We have officially known each other for 4 years April 1st of 2016. To throw me off Marc waited to propose until today which is the 2nd of April. He was in our bedroom while I was sitting on our couch in the living room. He asked me to call our dog Timber because he was “bothering him”. I called Timber and began to pet him, as I did I noticed something gold on his collar. I looked further and saw that it was a ring!! I looked up to see Marc come into the room and he got down on one knee and asked me to be his wife!! I couldn’t control my happiness/tears!!! This is the happiest day of my life!
