How We Met
We used to work at the same organization. A friend introduced us, but we didn’t start dating until 6 months later. I asked him out 3 times and he thought I was trying to put him into the friend zone every time and turned me down.
How They Asked
We just moved into our new house the day before. We were going to take the dog for a walk and go to breakfast so I went into the closet to look for a sweater. He came in as I was looking and asked if I was sure I wanted to spend the rest of my life with him. I said yes, and he got down on one knee and said he wanted to spend the rest of his life with me too and asked me to marry him!
