How We Met: In a salsa class; was an exchange student in Mexico City who wanted to learn some Latin moves, and he was an overworked Producer who needed to let off some steam.
how they asked: It was during a picnic in Central Park on a beautiful sunny day when he said, “Let’s take a picture!” We were using the front camera of his iPhone when I saw there was a bunch of jumbled letters on his head (the front camera as you know flips letters in reverse). This was my confused face when I realized he was proposing. I wish I could say my face looked better when he proceeded to take out the ring- the “surprised look” is apparently not my best suit- but it’s the face he has to live with for the rest of his life!
