how we met
We met at the end of fall semester of 2014 at the University of Kansas during my freshman year and Teddy’s senior year. Our “first meeting” story is unlike the typical college “met in a bar” story. We actually met at a smoothie shop on our college campus. We did the typical “what’s your name” “where are you from” etc., but still not your typical meeting story. The first time we met lasted 1o minutes at most before Teddy dashed out the door. At the end of the 10 minutes, Teddy asked for my name again, but this time asked for my last name as well. He then looked at me and said “I’m gonna change your last name” and then left the shop. No joke!
how they asked
The proposal happened during our snowboarding trip in Kitzbuhel, Austria. It was Feb 20,2019. I planned to propose to Morgan while on our Europe trip, but I had not picked the place yet or date. However on our last day in Kitzbuhel, Austria when we were at dinner up in the Austrain Alps I popped the question.
