How They Asked
After months of waiting to propose due to the circumstances surrounding Covid, Sergio Planned this intimate forest elopement in Austin Texas at St. Edwards Park. St. Edwards Park is known by Austin natives as a beautiful walking trail with multiple swimming holes. It was the perfect place for this proposal because of how lost in your own world you’ll find yourself in this charming park.
Lee spent the afternoon hanging string lights, decoration, and filling the pathway of the trail with flower petals leading up to a teepee made of large wooden sticks from the area. This teepee is up year round and Sergio chose it as the focal point where he would pop the question.
