How We Met
We initially met when I was a sophomore in high school and he was a junior in college. I used to work at a restaurant on the weekends to which Logan would get food like every other Saturday and we quickly became friends. Later on, I stopped working at the restaurant so I didn’t see him after that. He added me on Facebook (2-3 years after) and finally had the courage to message me and ask me on a date. He had told me he waited all those years for me. I instantly knew he was the one for me.
How They Asked
Valentine’s Day was on a Thursday so we didn’t get to go out to celebrate it. On Saturday morning, he told me he was taking me on a date for a late celebration. He went to “Walmart” while I was getting ready and when he got to the house, he had a bouquet of my favorite flowers in his hand. We drove to Oxford where our favorite restaurant is at. It is also the place where we had our first date. After we ate, we walked on the square and it started to sprinkle. He got on one knee and proposed to which I said, “Yes!”
