How We Met: We met in High School when we were in 12 years old. He was head over heels for me but I was the shy and scared one. At age 15, he moved away and we had a no contact gap of 5 yrs. Thanks to Facebook he found me again. He has been my best friend for years and fast forward 17 years later he proposed.
how they asked: He took me on an early birthday carriage in Central Park in New York City, then got down on one knee infront of Tavern on the Green. Our family and friends were waiting infront with a “Will you marry me” sign and Bruno Mars “Marry me” playing in the background. I was totally shocked, in tears and could not give him an answer. After twice on his knees and four times asking me that night, I think I finally uttered YES. I am so blessed to be marrying my best friend, a sweet and loving guy.
