Sunrises have played an important part in our relationship. Over 3 years ago, on the day we started dating, we watched our first sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean. When Anthony first told me he loved me, we were watching the sunrise over the Allegheny mountains. It was only fitting that he asked me to spend the rest of our lives together while watching the sunrise at Craggy Gardens Pinnacle.
We also try to do a lot of outdoor activities. Our relationship bloomed in the Appalachian mountains where we spent most of our time together hiking and exploring the beautiful landscape. We’ve been backpacking through Nicaragua and Costa Rica. This summer, we traveled through Colorado where we did a lot of hiking and watched the sunrise at the Garden of the Gods. I didn’t suspect anything when he asked me to go watch the sunrise until he told me I wasn’t allowed to wear my yoga pants.
I don’t think it could have been more perfect. Everything was so beautiful and I love that we have that moment saved forever to show our families and our future family.
