Tips for Plannng
- Rain, winds, sun, heat, fire, it seems like the weather in the Pacific Northwest can be a little bit of everything. Keep in mind what the weather is typically like during the time of year you are wanting to purpose.
- If your proposal will be more on the adventurous side, consider using a go-pro as it may be harder to have someone else there to capture photographs.
- Planning a proposal outside of the city or more outdoors? Don't forget to make sure she's wearing the right footwear in addition to the right clothes!
- Have a dry run. Make sure the location will look how you want it and your plan will work to avoid any last minute surprises!
- A diversion from a normal plan is always a great way to keep the surprise. Say you doing one thing you always do, or say you have to make a quick stop on the way to dinner. That way nothing should seem out of the ordinary.
- Plan an engagement party with friends and family directly after the proposal. This is a great way to include others, but still keep the proposal itself personal.
