Tyler and I met through mutual friends in Clemson, South Carolina and have been together almost two years now. The very first night we met I just knew in my heart he was the perfect man for me. Tyler graduated from Clemson In December 2014 and we made the big decision to move ten hours away from home to Clearwater, Florida for his job offer. Family means everything to us, and Easter was just around the corner so we took a trip back home to visit. That Saturday morning, March 26th my two cousins, sister, and aunt decided to go up to table rock state park to go on a hike. I was EXHAUSTED and kept wanting to turn around but Tyler continued to encourage me to keep pushing forward and not go back down. I thank God I didn’t turn around! When we got to the top of the rock my cousin Justin was going to take a picture of Tyler and I. Little did I know Tyler had already planned to have Justin record rather than taking a picture. Tyler got down on one knee, saying my full name, asked me to marry him. What an amazing surprise. Not only the best hike, but the best day of my life! I am your future Mrs.Neil! ….and my new initials? M.E.A.N ;)
