We met at our favorite British pub in Des Moines, Iowa, and had instant chemistry.
How They Asked
Vahe took me for a weekend getaway to the beautiful Gedney Farm in Massachusetts. While we were walking around the grounds enjoying the beautiful fall weather with our dog, Vahe talked about how grateful he is to have me in his life, and about his hopes for our future. Then he knelt down under a beautiful red maple tree and proposed with a beautiful ring passed down to him from his mother. This year has been particularly difficult for us as we moved to the East Coast away from our family and friends, but starting our new life together has been so exciting and rewarding. I couldn’t ask for a better person to do life with.
