How They Asked
The moment we booked our trip to Chile, I knew it was going to be a special one. I hadn’t been in 10 years so I wanted to show Josh such a big part of my life by taking him and my mom as well! However, I had NO idea he was going to propose there! We planned to take a tram ride up the hill to this beautiful view of Santiago.
Once we got up to the view, he put some coins in the telescope so I can look at my aunt’s house down the hill. As soon as I was done looking through the scope, I turned to my right and saw him on one knee with the BIGGEST smile on his face and the exact ring I wanted!
My mom was recording and I immediately cried and laughed when he quoted a Friends quote about me being his lobster! Needless to say, this was the best day and Chile will be an even more special place for us for the rest of our lives!
