How We Met
Landon and I met freshman year of high school! I was assigned to be a student aid to the P.E. teacher and Landon happened to be in this same period, with a broken foot! We sat in the bleachers together every class and the rest was history!
How They Asked
The most amazing proposal ever! I told Landon I wanted to be completely surprised, including choosing the ring. Landon approached my best friend (Jessie) about a month and a half prior and they got to work! Roughly two months later, after bringing together 12 vendors, meeting with numerous jewelers, and a lot of FUN later, the big day had arrived!The plan? A proposal under the facade of a styled shoot. My handsome brother (Joey) and his gorgeous girlfriend (Alyssa) were incorporated as models and Landon’s sister (Cambrie) was able to be a part of the big day with hair and make up! Joey and Alyssa agreed before the pandemic to be models for a shoot, so this wasn’t a surprise-ruiner to ask of them.
Two days before the shoot, the dresses went missing and the weather forecast for the big day changed to 40-60 mile an hour winds with no visibility. Everyone took the changes with grace and moved things a day sooner! Landon proposed at the shoot and pulled off the surprise of the century! All of this was captured in stunning photos that we’ll cherish forever.
