How We Met
Matt and I met through tinder, we both had pictures of us golfing in our profile, a sport we both hold close to our hearts. Conversations were easy, it was like I found the male version of me. Everything was perfect, except for the fact that we lived 5 hours apart and I was about to move across the country. Matt decided that he had to meet me any ways and drove the 5 hours to Niagara Falls so that we could meet, it was love at first sight. After we spent the weekend hanging out, Matt said to me that he couldn’t imagine letting the perfect girl for him slip away. We did long distance for 2 months, then Matt decided to pack up his life and drive to Vancouver so that we could be together.

Matt and I went on vacation to Arizona to visit my parents who live there. My parents, Matt and I were out golfing at my favourite golf course which you play up and around a mountain. We were on the tee box of the 7th hole on top of a mountain that overlooks the entire course and you can see everything from there. Matt was about to swing but stopped and turned around and got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. Through the tears I said yes. Using my mom’s and my nana’s rings Matt created the most perfect rose gold ring.
