How We Met
Andre and I were next-door neighbors at Wilfrid Laurier University. One of my best friends that I met from residence, Shannon, went to high school with the group of guys that were moving in next door. Our first couple of months of knowing each other both of our houses became great friends. Slowly but surely after that, it developed into something more! Our relationship progressed and continued strong, despite being in different cities for a few years. We are happily settled in Brights Grove and been together since 2012.
How They Asked
We were 4 days into a trip to Banff, Alberta with one of my best friends and her partner. We decided to take the Gondola up to Sulphur Mountain to see the incredible view. Andre waited until the perfect spot to get down on one knee and asked me to marry him. It was such a magical moment and trip that we will always remember! 💕
