How We Met
Cade & I first met when my friend asked him to the Sadie Hawkin’s Dance & we were in the same group! I had a different date but thought Cade was the cutest boy I had ever seen. He was one year older, a soccer star & there was just something about him that made me want to get to know him. We spent the whole night sneaking glances at each other, but then it took him forever to talk to me after the dance! We started dating 2 months later & now 3 years later, we’re engaged!

We went ring shopping in January, but I thought it wouldn’t be available until the middle of February. He asked me to come up the canyon to take pictures of his sisters. It didn’t seem weird to me at all, so we headed up a snowy path in the freezing cold. I started complaining wondering what we were doing, when I rounded a corner and saw the sweetest set up. Balloons, rose petals and ribbon were hung up on a railing with pictures from the past 3 years of our relationship. I was shocked! It was the cutest thing I had ever seen.
He walked me to the middle and got down on one knee & asked me to spend eternity with him. We toasted sparkling cider & I couldn’t stop staring at the most beautiful ring on my hand!
