How We Met
Nick and I swiped right and matched on Tinder in November 2015. After a full day of amazing constant conversation, I logged off the app and completely forgot I had it! Two months later I realized the app was still on my phone and found an unread message from Nick asking for a date back in November! I replied with a yes and was lucky that he was still keen to catch up! Our first date was in January 2016.
How They Asked
Nick restores warbird planes for a living, and I am a vintage-inspired Pinup model. He had just finished his own plane project and we always said we would do a shoot with it upon completion. Nick organized the whole photo shoot with our good friend and photographer Mark. We shot for about two hours, and then he said he just wanted a nice photo of us in front of his plane.
After a few shots were taken, Nick confessed it was all a set-up, and he popped the question on one knee! The whole thing was captured on camera and we now have these amazing shots forever!
