How We Met: We met the first day of college. I did marching band and Kelly’s roommate was in the saxophone section with me. The roommate brought Kelly to one of our saxophone dinners the first night of college and that kicked off our friendship.
how they asked: I proposed at Cocoa Beach. We went to dinner at a nice restaurant, walked on the beach, and had a photographer set up a blanket with champagne, strawberries, candles, and all sorts of other decorations.
The photographer got the proposal moment and did a mini photo shoot after. We went to Disney after to celebrate the next day, and I made matching shirts with Buzz Lightyear that had “Just Enagaged: To Infinity and Beyond!” on them. It was perfect!
