12,780 ft in elevation and I am emotionally and physically on top of the world! I just thought Dylan and I were going hiking for the day, little did I know he had something big planned. While we were standing there on top taking in all of Gods beautiful creation, Dylan said to me “So I was reading my bible and a verse came to me. Ephesians 5:25 Husbands love your wives even as Christ also loved the church and gave himself for it. That never really meant much to me before because I’ve never been a husband and I’ve never had a wife but I would really like to change that.” And before I could wrap my mind about everything he just said, Dylan was down on his knee asking me to marry him. I immediately broke down in tears and said “YES!” of course! I am immeasurably blessed!
