How We Met
Joe and I have been friends since freshman year in high school. We never really hung out with the same crowd so we never really got to know each other on a personal intimate level. we ended up going to the same college and it was just magic. On July 27, 2009- he asked me to be his girlfriend. For the next 6 years, we spent almost everyday together. I knew he was the one!

Every year for christmas- we go to see the tree in Rockefeller Center in NYC. It was like a tradition. One Saturday afternoon, my best friend and her fiancé invited myself and Joe to the city, to go get lunch and go to a museum. Little did i know, Joe had the whole afternoon planned out. After we ate lunch and went to the museum, we walked to Rockefeller, where my best friend acted like she was taking our picture. As i started to walk back toward her when i thought the picture was taken, Joe grabbed my hand and pulled me towards him. He looked at me and asked “how long have we been together?” I knew right away and turned into a big crying mess. The whole thing was filmed and so many people were around us cheering! It was incredible.
