How We Met
I met Matthew in high school almost 10 years ago and never thought I would be marrying this man. Shortly after a long term break-up, I felt hopeless. Little did I know that Matt would be coming back into my life and sweep me off my feet. The first time I saw Matt years later I was shocked it was the same guy. Let’s just say Matt grew about six inches after high school and grew into a handsome young man. I fell in love with him so quickly with his charming humor.
How They Asked
Fast forward five years later Matt planned a getaway trip to mammoth lakes. Under the stars, crisp cold air, and snowy mountains he got down on one knee and asked me to be his forever. In tears, I said yes to the man of my dreams. I could not have been any happier how the proposal turned out.
I always told Matt that I didn’t want a photographer and I didn’t need this huge surprise. I wanted everything to be in the moment and just how he imagined it. A couple in the distance saw the proposal and was able to capture the real moment. It was PERFECT.
