How We Met
A good friend told me to go to a late 800 pm workout class, knowing I hate working out that late. All she said was, “you’ll know why when you get there!” When I walked in, I saw her for the first time and knew there was something special. The next day I switched all my workout times to 800 pm! From what started as a slow friendship to finding the love of my life, I’m so thankful for that one text and one decision that lead me to Natasha.
How They Asked
Considering the current pandemic, it was tricky and involved a little rescheduling to get the proposal right! A local photographer, friend, and owner of The Ten Oh Eight Company put on a “Front Porch Quarantine Photoshoot Giveaway” and Natasha won (it was maybe rigged for her to win). The photographer and I planned the proposal for many weeks in advance.
The day of, Natasha and I were in the backyard by our porch and the photographer put us back to back. That was my cue while she handed me the ring from her camera bag. I turned Natasha around and told her all the reasons I love her, will always love and protect her and then proposed! SHE SAID, YES!!! We then walked out front to see both of our families there (socially distanced) to celebrate us and our love.
