how they asked: Blake and I have been dating for two years. Within this time we have been to Disney World twice both with our families but we wanted to finally go on a vacation that was completely our own.
That’s when the count down started from 247 days until we left for Walt Disney World vacation. The anticipation was high but little did I know that Blake had even more built up on him.
My family had planed a trip to Disney during the same week and Blake’s parents told me that they were going to be there but that it was going to be a surprise to him. Well little did I know, he knew all along. We had reservation for the Wishes Firework Dessert Party. And it was here during the fireworks that Blake admitted to knowing all along and that the secret had been from me.
He then dropped down on one knee and in that moment I felt like a true princess because we had the perfect background of Cinderella’s castle and the fireworks.
I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect moment with the people I love and my best friend. He truly did an amazing job with every little detail!
