How We Met
Jess and I met freshman year of college in a computer lab. We were both printing off materials for chem labs. Needless to say, I was not dressed to impress or meet my future wife. At that point we were inseparable. The whole story is rather ironic since we grew up about an hour away from eachother, but we have spent the last five and a half years growing closer through the curveballs that life has thrown at us.
How They Asked
To surprise Jess it’s no easy feat. She always seems to be one step ahead of me. Her only pitfall is that she is terrible with directions. Once I managed to get her into town for Thanksgiving break I took her to my cabin under the guise of a trip to see family. She later admitted to not being surprised at all, but she’s a good sport and put on a good show for myself and the friends that helped out. It couldn’t have been better!
