How We Met
Matt and I first met in 2008 when we were both freshmen in college at Old Dominion Univeristy. At that time we were dating separate people however we as we went through our college years we kept in touch and we would see each other on the weekends at different party’s or at the local bar. In the second semester of our senior year we started talkin . Neither one of us is really sure how we starting talking and the dating, but all we knew is we liked each other and loved spending time with each other.At first we both didn’t think the relationship would make it past the summer since I as planning on moving back in with my parents if I couldn’t find a job. Luckily I was able to find a job and was able to stay in the area and the rest is history.

Matt and I had plan to have our really good friends take professional photos of us and our dog. Unbeknownst to me he had other plans. After one of the poses Matt grabbed my friends and asked me “Remeber when we said we were just going to date for the summer” and I said “yes” Matt stated how about we spend the rest of our lives together, will you marry me?”
