how we met
We met in 2013 through mutual friends who were dating. Fun fact, Michael lived in a house of four guys, all of whom are married to the person they dated while living there. We’re the last to tie the knot!
how they asked
We’ve been together for many years, so marriage was definitely on the table. But I was impatient and thought it was never going to happen! Michael surprised me by proposing before Christmas 2018 on a trip to Miami. He wanted to take a romantic walk on the beach after a nice dinner, but I was tired and didn’t want to, so he ended up proposing privately in our hotel room. Honestly, very us!
