How We Met: Aaron and I met on Instagram, I had no idea that our relationship would progress to this point. It all started with a message asking how my trip to the Coachella music festival went, as he had always wanted to go. Soon thereafter our relationship began. Distance was hard but I knew Aaron was the one since that first conversation so it was definitely worth it.
how they asked: Aaron surprised me with a plane ticket to visit him in Australia, my first trip there as he had visited me in California previously. He had a whole day planned for us along the Gold Coast where we ended up walking along the beach. He stopped, looked me in the eyes and said he said he loved me and as I turned around there was the most beautiful, romantic set up where he then got on one knee and asked me to marry him. It was the hardest trip to go home from, going back to long distance was the worst after becoming engaged to the love of my life. But the countdown of not having the distance between us begins! Still crazy to think it all started with a message on Instagram.
