How We Met
We met in high school. Brad was a Senior and I was a freshman. We didn’t start dating however until my Junior year of high school when we reconnected while Brad was home from college over Thanksgiving break. We started hanging out and spending all night on the phone – we were inseparable from the start! By the time we wed, we will have been together for 16 years and 9 months – which is half of my life, and I wouldn’t have it any other way!
How They Asked
We were on a trip to Europe and after Paris, we went to St. Tropez to meet up with my mom. On the 4th of July, after almost -16 years together, he popped the question on the beach and we partied and celebrated with everyone at Bagatelle!
After a week with family and friends we went to Capri to celebrate alone for a week and while there he gave me the most beautiful speech that he didn’t get to give me when he proposed in St. Tropez!
