How We Met
Ryan and I met 2 1/2 years ago, I was a small town girl from Minnesota, and he was a Texas boy. We met online, after talking for 2 weeks we met in person and we’ve been inseparable ever since. We were very comfortable with each other from the beginning. We fell in love very quickly, He told me he loved me for the very first time at our first Rangers baseball game together. We started planning our future as a couple.

Fast forward to two years into our relationship I had just lost my grandfather who played a substantial impact in my life. He had provided our family with a beautiful lake house in Northern Minnesota, all of us grandkids grew up going there every summer. It has always been my home away from home. This last June we were driving up from Texas to our families lake house to celebrate my grandfather’s life. The first day we had arrived Ryan said he wanted to go take a few pictures at sunset. I agreed and before I knew it he was down on one knee asking me to spend forever with him and to be his wife.
This was the most magical day of my life, knowing my grandfather was there watching over us and was able to be apart of that moment made it even more special. Ryan made that day one that I will never forget, to be able to share our story with our children someday and the lake house will always be apart of the family is such an amazing gift. We will be tying the knot on August 17th, 2018 in Alexandria, Minnesota with our closest friends and family.
