How We Met
We met at work. It was a cheesy love at first sight moment like in the movies. I was actually terrified of what it meant and tried to just be friends. He knew we would be together.
How They Asked
We were in the middle of an atv ride and stopped to see a spot overlooking a beautiful view in Oakland, Maryland’s Youghiogheny‘a mountain resort. There were a bunch of huge rocks big enough to sit on, and we were talking about if we could live here, this would be my thinking rock… this would be my sketching rock…. and then he says to come look at this rock. He leans down and a diamond ring is in his hand. My kids were there to see it so that made it even better.
