How We Met

I was the fifth wheel for a friend’s birthday dinner. We ate at a local brewery in our home town. I saw my future sister in law Carson, that was with her boyfriend Ryne (Reed’s brother) Reed and their best friend Wes. I had known her from high school and walked over to tell her hello and catch up. Reed introduced himself to me and asked me on a date for the following night. Ever since then I have spent my happiest days with my forever love!

How They Asked

We promised each other instead of presents we would attend concerts together. I turned 24 in March and my present was Kenny Chesney tickets in Nashville, TN. We went to Opryland hotel to “upgrade our tickets” finally I realized the guy we were suppose to get them from wasn’t showing up. He dropped to his knee in front of a beautiful waterfall in the romantic gardens of the hotel and asked me to be Mrs. Harper. My mom, my mother and law and him were the only ones that knew. I was completely surprised and stoked.
