How We Met
Isaac and I met in high school. I was 16 and he was 15, and I would see him around the school, and watch him at his football games and track meets. I had the biggest crush on him long before he ever knew me. He messaged me on facebook one night, and we ended up talking until 3 AM in the morning the next day. He made me a shirt that said “will you be my girlfriend”, and asked me out at my first parking spot and we have been together ever since.

In October we celebrated our 6 year anniversary. Isaac told me we were going to go to a nice dessert room in Tampa, (our hometown) so I had to dress up. He picked me up, and he drove me to what I thought would be our dessert reservations. He told me we had to make a pit stop first. We ended up back at our high school, in the same parking spot where he asked me to be his girlfriend. He had the t-shirt hanging up from when he asked me to be his girlfriend, and it was in that same spot that he asked me to be his wife.
I was so shocked, I just started yelling, “OMG I’M FREAKING OUT”. I obviously said yes, and he led me down to the same football field where I would watch his games and track meets, so we could celebrate and reminisce on the fact that we would officially be high school sweethearts. It feels like a dream that I never get to wake up from.
