How We Met
We have the all American love story. We were 15 and a football player and cheerleader from our small hometown of Buffalo, New York. We grew up together, went to proms together, graduated together, and now we are hitting another milestone together.
how they asked
Two days before our 9 year anniversary we took a walk through our favorite park with our 6-months only golden retriever. Even though I did not want to go because it was 35 degree out, I finally said yes to a walk. I knew it was only a matter of time until he asked me to marry him but that morning I didn’t think twice about it happening so I through on a winter hat, barely any makeup, and my big winter coat. He actually caught me off guard. Everywhere we go, we always find a spot to prop up our phone to get a picture well this time, he put it on video. At the end of our walk, he got down on one knee and told me he wanted to spend the rest of his life with me. Next year we will be married 2 days before our ten year anniversary.
