I’m a teacher and the week before spring break Josh said that he wanted to take that Wednesday off so we could go wine tasting (our favorite hobby). I suspected then that he might propose while we were tasting but when it didn’t happen at the first winery, Ledson, I completely talked myself out of the possibility. At the second winery, where he’s a member, he reached into his pocket and asked how I was doing. My heart skipped a beat and he said “I don’t know why you thought it would have happened at Ledson.” He then got on one knee and asked me to marry him, at our favorite winery doing our favorite thing. It was perfect.
