Brielle and Nick

how we met

We first met at the Apple store! My sister, mother, and myself had gone in to fix my sister’s phone and were already working with an associate. While they had gone into the back of the store, Nick came over to me and started talking to me. It was a short conversation but ended with us following each other on Twitter (which was relatively new at the time). We hadn’t talked again until months later when my phone broke late at night and in a panic I remember I followed “that Apple guy” and sent him a message to help! The rest is history!

how they asked

The day of the proposal, we had gone down to Key West to spend the day/night there. We rented an adorable Air B&B right near Duval street that was so quaint and cozy and rented a vespa to drive around the island sight seeing. We honestly were continuously laughing at how much fun we had riding that thing around, grabbing drinks and little bits of food as we drove along. We toured the Hemingway House and got to feed the baby kittens they had. It was just all around such a fun day. Finally, we went back got dressed for dinner which we had at Louie’s Backyard which was probably one of the best meals we have ever had down there. Then right before sunset we headed over to Ft. Zachary to watch the sunset. We had walked over by the water just as the sun was setting and that is when Nick asked. The moment was so perfect and it was perfectly captured by the photographers that he hired that hid in the woods behind us. It was simple, yet beautifully executed and it was one of the best days of our lives.
