How We Met
Matthew and I met back in high school, in physics class. I was with someone else at the time, but we had been sitting together in class and really hit it off. He helped me out of the abusive relationship, and we have been together ever since (4 years later!)
How They Asked
He proposed to me after Thanksgiving dinner. All of his family was playing a game where his mom asked trivia questions, and if you got it right you guessed box 1,2 or 3 and got the prize inside. His mom asked what our anniversary was, I answered, and went up to pick my box. She said your real gift is right behind you, and he proposed!
